• MOULDING AND SAND PREPARATION

Hand moulding:

In max. 6400 x 5000 x 2500/2500 mm flasks.

• Pit moulding:

In max. 14000 x 5500 x 1750 mm moulding pits.

• Sand preparation:

30 tons/hour sand regeneration unit,

2 x 50 tons/hour, 1 x 30 tons/hour and 1 x 15 tons/hour sand preparation mixers.

• Thermal Sand Reclamation:

2 ton/hour Thermal Sand Reclamation works with Naturell gas.
